- Processing typically takes 1–3 business days before dispatch.
- Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
If we anticipate delays due to high order volume or stock movement, we will notify you promptly.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options depending on your location:
Domestic Shipping (within the same country as the dispatch location)

International Shipping
Estimated delivery: 5–14 business days
(Transit time depends on customs clearance, carrier operations, and destination country.)
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout in select regions.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

- Order weight and dimensions

6. Delivery Issues

Undeliverable Addresses
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to:

- Recipient unavailable to receive the package

If the package is returned to us, reshipment fees may apply.
Stolen or Missing Deliveries
If tracking shows your order as delivered, but you cannot locate it:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the delivery address

7. Packaging & Presentation
All Carriage Hill & Co. watches are packaged in premium protective boxes designed to keep your timepiece safe during transit.
Orders may ship in one or multiple parcels depending on product availability and order size.
8. Changes to Your Shipping Information
If you need to update your shipping address, email support@carriagehillco.com
before your order ships. We cannot redirect packages once they have been dispatched.
