Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please call, or email customer service at sales[@]carriagehillco.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
A $50.00 restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $100.00.

Payment Method and Sales Tax Notice
DUTIES & TAXES
Products sold by Carriage Hill and Co (hereafter CHC) and shipped to locations both inside and outside the US, including territories, may be subject to tax. The amount of tax charged on your order depends on the shipment or delivery address of your order. The tax rate applied to your order will be the combined state and local rates of the address where your order is delivered to or fulfilled from. For example, if you live in a state that does not impose a sales tax, you may still see tax calculated on your order based on our distribution location rate. FedEx may calculate additional taxes/fees as required by destination countries/state.
If you are ordering from CHC and shipping to a country outside of the US, you may be charged the applicable country tax rate. Please note:
No tax is charged when purchasing gift cards; however, purchases paid for with gift cards may be subject to tax.

CHC only accepts Visa | MasterCard | American Express | Discover and PayPal at this time. We will implement other methods such as gift cards, credit certificates and Stripe in the future. The full price of items and taxes are due at checkout. In applicable cases, additional shipping and custom tariff and fees will be calculated and added to the order by the shipping carrier (FedEx) based on the destination and other federal/state required factors and to items that require special handling. A detailed invoice will be sent upon successful payments to the email entered during checkout. Digital peer-to-peer payment systems like Cashapp (by Square), Zelle and similar applications are not accepted at this time, notices will be sent in newsletters and changes will be visible on the site to reflect those systems as acceptable forms of payment when they are allowed. Cryptocurrencies are also not accepted at this time.
Please note CHC works with a authorized payment agents that helps us to check directly with your bank that the card used is valid for purchases. Our payment agent processes your card details in the correct way according to the international security standard PCI DSS, which was developed by the card companies VISA, MasterCard, Diners, American Express and JCB. This means that your card details are processed with a very high level of security. To make card purchases with us as secure as possible all information is sent in encrypted form using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). This means that the information is passed through a secure connection and that your card details cannot be read by external parties.
